Aperitif+Dinner over the olive grove

Together we will make handmade pasta, using our herbs from the garden and our own extravergin olive oil. We will also learn how to use different pasta shapes (tagliatelle, ravioli). I’ll teach you how to prepare the pizza dough and how to have many different recipes from this versatile dough. We'll prepare a complete menu including appetizers, pasta, main course, side dishes and dessert and sip some good local wine! And if the weather allows… we will enjoy the meal we have prepared in the morning outside in the garden overlooking vineyards and olive trees surrounded by Chianti nature. We can decide if cooking in my heyloft or in the middle of the garden dipending on the weather... anyway we will cook a lot!
